I made these CUTE spring baskets. These are seriously amazing! I filled them with some leftover Easter grass - the good stuff - not that plastic kind and some lovely roses I made with the Spiral Die. For the roses, I used two cuts of vanilla paper to make them extra nice. If you don't have great grass, you can use your fringe scissors and make some. I finished it off with a little bow from some of our new DSP. Go on and make one - it will bring you some spring!

Butterfly Thinlet
Loving the new butterfly thinlet and the Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper. Just cut the butterfly out of the front of the card where you want it and place the DSP behind the white card stock. Glue the butterfly back in the hole where it came from, gluing only the center.
TIP: When you cut the butterfly, be sure and use this cutting sandwich in the Big Shot: magnetic platform, clear plate, dryer sheet (I use an old Bounce), cardstock, wax paper, butterfly cut side down, clear plate.

Happy Birthday BP!
Today is Founder's Day - Baden Powell's birthday. For the card, I used a bit of sponging and masking with lots of colors on the natural white paper. I used Blendabilities on the campfire from the Great Outdoors stamp set. The quote was done in MDS.

Love this Butterfly!
The butterfly thinlits die really is fun to use. In this card, I first made my own paper by painting on Whisper white paper with a three different ink colors, then diecut it with the thinlit die.

Leave a Legacy - Wood Badge
I'm starting a series of cards for Boy Scout Leaders. My first one features the ax and log for Wood Badge . It was fun to make - involved coloring with Blendabilities for the ax and the end of the log. The ax and log are from the Wood You Be Mine photopolymer stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. They are placed with dimensionals. The background was sponged to make a sunrise.

Sheltering Tree
This is one of my swaps for a Regional Stamping event today. Very quick and fun to do! The flowers come from the Sheltering Tree stamp set and I used lots of that gorgeous Blackberry Bliss. I can't get enough of that color! I did CASE this card from Eva Bussom - and you can see the original here.
