Here's one using the new Sunburst Framelits dies. The trick here is to use the thick Whisper White paper. The fun yellow paper is a new one in the Occasions Catalog. This one's quick and easy! I was inspired by a card Heather Hoffman (she used vellum for the sun ray - try it!).
